Martha Dear is looking for a full-time server to join our team.

We are a neighborhood restaurant that specializes in Neapolitan style sourdough pizza. We are open five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday closed Monday and Tuesday. We offer takeout, indoor dining, and outdoor dining (spring/summer).

Our menu centers around our sourdough offerings and has many Greek influences. We have special pizzas every week depending on what is available from the farms. We are into natural wines mostly from Greece. Demetri, our chef co-owner, is Greek. His wife, Tara, runs the front of house.

Our small team values compassion and accountability. You will work side by side with the owners. Server experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. If this sounds like the type of team you want to join, please apply.

Full Time Server, approximately 30 - 35 hours a week (4-5 days a week).

Complete opening side work

Batch cocktails

Maintain knowledge of food + beverage menu

Greet guests in a timely manner

Take orders

Clear + reset table throughout meal

Assist with running food

Complete closing side work
